Warranty Registration

We warrant all Euromaid products to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal domestic use and service.  All Euromaid products are covered under a period of warranty, for details please refer to your user manual or refer to the Warranty Details outlined below.  To take advantage of any warranty issues it is important to register your products.

Registration is quick and easy. Complete the form and enjoy the added benefits and peace of mind.

You’ll need your purchase invoice as well as the Euromaid model and serial number handy. Find these on the rating label (a small sticker usually silver or white) that often shows key electrical specifications. It’s usually placed on the back of the appliance, on the inside of the door or on the underside for cooktops.

Service under this warranty must be provided by Glen Dimplex Australia and invoiced accordingly. Such service will be provided during normal business hours. When making a claim, present this Service Warranty certificate along with proof of the original service date.

This Service Warranty is an additional benefit and does not affect your legal rights.
